  • I am a dedicated therapist at Brainy Social Work, with over a decade of experience in the mental health field. My specialization is working with disabled, chronically ill, and neurodivergent individuals, providing them with compassionate and effective support on their life journeys. I firmly believe in empowering my clients by creating a safe, nurturing, therapeutic environment tailored to their needs.

Each person I work with brings a diverse tapestry of life experiences, including trauma, illness, and personal history, which can profoundly influence their daily existence on various levels. It’s crucial to acknowledge that you are not alone on your journey. As a neurodivergent individual who has personally navigated years of chronic debilitating pain, I am profoundly committed to assisting others who have endured their challenging journeys. Many of us have traversed numerous treatments, therapies, and last-resort options for validation and a safe space to express our needs and receive appropriate treatment. Often, these encounters result in additional trauma, as we find ourselves dismissed by a “one-size-fits-all” approach to healing that is all too prevalent.

I comprehend the profound need to provide the right space for individuals to be seen and heard, and my passion lies in affording my clients that very spaceā€”a place to find their voice, a secure environment, and the support they require. My educational background spans psychology, gender studies, and social work, and I have honed my skills in diverse environments. This rich experience equips me with a wide array of tools and techniques, enabling me to deliver therapy that is meticulously customized to meet each client’s unique needs.
