Life coaching is not limited to mental health issues and can include career development, personal development, identifying and creating personal boundaries, and finding routine when living with chronic illness and/or pain. Life coaching is not therapy. Coaching sessions consist of a 45-50 minute session to explore the patterns that you create in your life and help to find solutions. I am here to help you find balance in your life. If there are mental health components that need to be addressed during our sessions, therapeutic interventions will be recommended and you will be provided with the appropriate referrals.
